FRANK REDMOND -
President/CEO.
Frank attended Louisburg College and North Carolina State University
School of Architecture where he earned a degree in Liberal Arts.
Frank has over 31 years experience in Food Facility Planning and
Design, beginning with the Marriott Corporation in Washington, DC.
By working on a variety of projects, such as the Smithsonian Institution
Cafeteria, J.F. Kennedy Airport Food Service, Bob's Big Boy, and
New York's Essex House Hotel, he gained the experience necessary
to design all types of food service facilities. More importantly,
he learned to make such projects economically feasible for owners
and operators and operational at a profit in today's highly competitive
food service market.
ALAN REDMOND -Vice
President.
Alan majored in Architecture and minored in interior design at the
University of Arizona and brings over 15 years of design and project
management experience to Frank Redmond Associates. His innovative
design solutions and dynamic concepts in equipment planning have
resulted in the successful completion of hundreds of projects. Alan's
ability to capture the client's vision has received national recognition
for his work with five star resorts, golf clubs, casinos, national
fast food chains, and employee cafeterias. Alan is a motivated
dynamic leader on his projects with a proven track record of success.
Repeat customers are commonplace to Alan, which is the self evident
sign of a content client. Alan's key to repeat clients is his attention
to detail and the subsequent avoidance of change orders in the field.
CANDI MANSARD
– Director of Design.
Candi, with degrees in Marketing Management and Foodservice
Management she bring a long and extensive background of over 30
years in the Commercial Foodservice and Laundry Industry Nationwide.
Her specialization in the Health Care Industry has brought
her nationwide recognition from such client as:
Classic Residence by Hyatt, Marriott, Encore, Forest City Daly Housing
,Greystone
Properties, The Plaza Companies, The Fountains and Senior Resource
Group. Candi
has been an accredited member of the Foodservice Consultants Society
International since 1989. This valuable tool contributes to her
ability of providing her department with constant updating of any
applicable new or changing equipment designs and code requirements
which assures the latest compliance possible.
Along with Candi's extensive knowledge with Continuing Care
Retirements Centers, Candi has a long successful history in
prototype plans for chain restaurant such as IHOP, Perkins, PF
Chang's, Roys, Z-Tejas and many more.
DON
DILS – Sr. Designer

Don is a multifaceted professional with a diverse career in the
foodservice design, sales and manufacturing. He has over 34 years
experience in the industry, and has worked for some of the largest
leading food service design and equipment companies thru-out the
United States. This experience has enabled him to learn from the
best, which is reflected in all of his projects. Some of his very
happy client’s projects include: Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn-Express,
Burger King, Watta-burger. Jack in the box Lubys, Plaza
Mayor Supermarkets, McDowell Village Senior Living, Saint Barnabas
Church, Pilgrim's Rest and Chinle Sports Complex..
AMY
DEWEY- Designer
–
Amy has excelled extremely well in commercial kitchen design. She
has worked on some of our biggest projects such as USAA Insurance ,
University of Arizona, Arizona Culinary Institute, Classic Residence
by Hyatt, Motorola Mesa, Intel Chandler, Arizona Biltmore,
Flagstaff Medical Center, Kingman Hospital, L.A.C. Medical Center
and Terraces at Squaw Peak Retirement Community. She now handles all
aspects of design and is always commented to excellence in her work.
